Privacy & Confidentiality - Your personal information and story are confidential and will be used only to create your custom song and communicate with you about your order. We will never sell, share, or distribute your personal data.
Song Rights & Licensing - Personal Use (Default) All packages include a personal-use license: you can share the song with family and friends, play it at events, or post it on personal social media. Jeanelle & Rolando retain ownership and may showcase the song in portfolios or promotional material unless you purchase additional rights.
Exclusive Ownership - (+$500 per package) You receive full ownership of the song, including lyrics, melody, and production. This means you hold all rights and can use, sell, or license the song however you choose. Jeanelle & Rolando relinquish all rights and will not reuse, resell, or share the song in any way.
Commercial License - (+$200 per package) You may use the song commercially — for example, in monetized videos, business use, or products for sale. Jeanelle & Rolando retain full ownership and may still feature the song in portfolios or future examples of their work. Exclusive ownership and commercial licenses cannot be combined, as full ownership automatically includes all commercial rights.
Delivery & Revisions - Rush Delivery Signature Set: 72-hour turnaround Legacy Songbook: 5-day turnaround Rush delivery is not available for Heartfelt Song You’ll have 72 hours to request revisions after receiving your song. Each revision round takes up to 5 days, and additional revisions follow the same schedule.
Refunds & Cancellations - Refunds are not available once songwriting or production has begun, usually within 24 hours after payment has been received due to the personalized nature of the work. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure you love your final song.
File Delivery - Songs are delivered digitally via secure link in MP3 or WAV format. Lyric videos or instrumentals are included if purchased.
