2026 MOMENTUM CHALLENGE

$15.00

The 2026 Momentum Challenge is a 26-day fitness adventure designed to help you shake off the holiday leftovers — emotional and pumpkin-pie-related. From January 14 to February 8, we commit to moving our bodies for at least 26 minutes a day. Finish 23 out of 26 days and you’ll earn the Completion Badge. Go a perfect 26-for-26 and you’ll enter the Momentum Hall of Fame with the Golden Completion Badge (cue heroic music).

Want a little extra spice — pumpkin-free this time?
🏋️ Muscle Master: Track strength gains in your top 3 lifts
🏃 Mileage Maverick: See who can run the farthest within their 26-minute sessions

Along the way, we’ll cheer each other on, laugh at ourselves, and hand out F5 Badges for faith, fellowship, fitness, fortitude, and fun — because encouragement burns calories too (probably).

We kick things off with a virtual meetup on January 13, and wrap everything up with a celebration — and zero pie — on February 11.

So if the holidays fed you a little too well, you’re in good company. Join us, build momentum, and let’s make 2026 the year we move more… and munch less. No pies allowed.
