The Spring Leaning Challenge is an online fitness challenge, 22-day journey designed to help you transition from winter stagnation to peak spring performance.
Here is the breakdown of how it works:
~The Progression: You navigate through 7 levels (from Bronze to Diamond), "leveling up" every 3 days as the intensity and discipline expectations increase.
~The Daily Grind: Each day, you must complete a Step Goal, a Lean Set (bodyweight training), and simply Show Up to maintain consistency.
~Bonus Elements: Every 3 days, a "dice roll" introduces optional fitness and diet challenges to give you an extra edge and more points.
~The Goal: Participants aim for one of three tiers of success:
Finisher (19/22 days), Legendary (22/22 days), or Hall of Fame (perfect attendance plus all bonus challenges).
The Stakes: It starts May 17th and ends June 7th. Beyond the physical results, top performers compete for an exclusive custom hoodie based on max steps and strength progression. In short: it's 22 days of disciplined movement and community competition to "lean out" for the season.
